I’m Sagi Alter, a multidisciplinary artist and the founder of Alter World Studios.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering, technology, and visual storytelling. I’m driven by a deep curiosity to understand how complex systems work especially mechanical processes and translate that complexity into clear, compelling visual experiences.

With over a decade of experience in CGI, animation, and post-production, I create films and simulations for complex products, infrastructure, and advanced technologies. My approach blends technical precision with a strong artistic sensibility, using lighting, materials, and motion to express ideas that are often invisible or abstract.

I’ve led projects for global companies such as Amdocs, NICE Ltd., and Kornit Digital, developing a hybrid workflow that integrates AI, 3D, and cinematic craft.

I believe in clarity, transparency, and systems both creatively and operationally. I approach each project as a director and producer, building tailored teams with the exact capabilities needed to deliver efficient, focused, and distinctive work.

For me, technology is not just a tool it’s a medium for expression. My goal is to turn complexity into clarity, and systems into stories.

We begin with a deep dive into the product, reviewing all available materials, from technical documentation to 3D models and engineering plans. This stage ensures we fully understand the system before translating it into visuals.

We develop a concept presentation featuring three distinct visual and narrative directions. Each option explores a different way to approach the story, allowing us to align on the strongest creative direction before moving forward.

Production & Delivery

Once the direction is set, we move into production starting with a storyboard, followed by a video board and key rendered frames to define the final look. After approval, we complete the process with full production and final rendering of the film.
